Shenzhen China Base Mobile Technology Co., Ltd., established in January, 1999, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacture and distribution of mobile communications products such as GSM and CDMA mobile phones. In July, 2007, our company acquired the license for mobile communications terminal mobile-phones issued by the State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Information Industry.

China Base Mobile has a R&D team consisting of more than 150 members, with mobile-phone technology closely associated with the market, covering such fields as appearance, structure, base band, radio frequency and software. Our company boasts of our established R&D capability of 20~20 models each year as well as advanced R&D equipment, such as comprehensive testers, audio test equipment, environment test equipment.

We take an active stance in the follow-up of the development of 3G mobile phone products and have gradually introduced SCDMA technology for 3G product development to maintain our sustained competitive strength.

In October, 2005, Shenzhen China Base Mobile Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Base Science and Technology Co. Ltd. made a joint investment of 12.5 million USD in setting up China Base (China) Communication Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd., with a total building area of 40,000 square meters. Our company is mainly engaged in the production of mobile phones, switching equipment, digital integration systems and specific electronic appliances as well as other electronic communication products and supporting products. Currently, we are capable of producing 1.2 million units of communication products, and have 600~800 manufacture staff members with a yearly output of over RMB1 billion. 70% of our products are exported and the rest are sold in China. Our professional QA laboratory provides assurance for the quality of delivered products, and currently, the laboratory is able to conduct products' staying quality, reliability, ESC and RF tests.

Our company has marketing headquarters located in Shenzhen. In China, we have established a marketing system centered on provincial general agents supplemented by over 8,000 retail stores, with the sales network covering the provinces/municipalities throughout China. Moreover, we have formed a solid, all-around, smooth and efficient marketing network in China, laying a sound foundation for the rapid development of our company.

While constantly exploring domestic markets, China Base Mobile is also active in developing international market, and has established overseas marketing networks to provide the latest and optimal choice of communication terminals for consumers in different regions at the first instance.
